Love country ham? 4-H is signing up youth ages 9-18 for the country ham project right now. Also, this year, adults can join the fun as well! Starting in March or April, each participant will pick out a ham, wash, trim, and apply a curing mixture. Then finish up to ensure the curing process in May and July. Get signed up by December 14th! Cost for youth is $60 (2 hams) and adults are $40.
